Networking
Networking is not about collecting contacts. It is about building genuine relationships that provide access to information, referrals, and opportunities not usually found through an application alone. From a LinkedIn survey in 2017 of 15,905 respondents, the results show that about 80% of professionals view networking as essential to career success, leading to many being hired at organizations where they had a connection.
Our goal is to help you realize those already in your network, equip you to build relationships that will expand your network, and educate you on how to harness those connections.
