On-line registration begins February 20, 2014
Event location: PAC Lobby
Registration Fee: $175 per table
You’re invited to join us for a unique recruiting event that gives employers the chance to interact directly with hundreds of highly sought-after architecture, landscape architecture and planning students. You will have the opportunity to meet with skilled prospective employees, collect resumes, and discuss career, summer, and internship opportunities. Attending the event is one of the most effective ways for you to gain visibility, maximize your recruiting potential and interact with students face-to-face. Employers must have open positions in order to attend. Job descriptions are required at the time of registration.
Registration Fee
The registration fee is $175 per table. Basic registration fee includes:
- One round bistro table with linen
- Registration for three representatives
- Event advertising: The networking event will be advertised in presentations to classes and clubs, in Mustang Daily ads and on the Cal Poly home page. All job opportunities submitted to us during the registration process will be advertised to students in MustangJOBS.
- Appetizers and refreshments
- On-campus parking
Agenda
4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.: Check-in, display set-up and refreshments
5:30 p.m.-7:00 p.m: Open forum/networking with students
Cancellation and Refund Policy
We hope that a company will not cancel, but in the event that a company chooses to withdraw completely from the event, the following refund schedule will apply. Once you have been notified that your registration has been approved, our cancellation policy is in effect. The following cancellation policy applies:
If cancellation occurs on or prior to February 27, 2014, you will recieve a refund less a $50 cancellation fee.
If cancellation occurs after February 27, 2014, you forfeit your registration fee.
All changes and cancellations must be in writing. All refunds will be processed after the event. No refunds will be issued on or after February 27, 2014, and you remain responsible for paying any outstanding balance. We cannot “roll over” the registration to another event. Outstanding bills from this and previous events must be paid and may prevent participation in future Career Services events.
No Show
Organizations that do not check in by 5:30 p.m. on the day of the event will be considered a “no show." The table may be reassigned and the organization will be billed for the event. We cannot “roll over” the registration to another event or refund the fee.
