On-line registration begins January 5, 2015
Event Location: Chumash Auditorium, Building 65
Registration Fee: $500 per table
A unique, targeted recruiting event that gives employers the chance to interact directly with hundreds of highly sought-after architecture engineering, architecture, city and regional planning, construction management, landscape architecture, and transporation planning students. You will have the opportunity to meet with skilled prospective employees, collect resumes, and discuss career and internship opportunities.
The registration fee is $500 per table. Basic registration fee includes:
- One 5' round table with linen
- Registration for three representatives
- Event advertising: The networking event will be advertised in presentations to classes and clubs, in Mustang Daily ads, and on the Cal Poly home page. All job opportunities submitted to us during the registration process will be advertised to students in MustangJOBS.
- Appetizers and refreshments
- On-campus parking
4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.: Check-in, display set-up, and refreshments
5:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m: Open forum/networking with students
Request for Private Interview Rooms after the Career Fair
If you choose to interview after the career fair, you may reserve a private interview room. All reservations request are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and may be requested on the day of the career fair. You will be provided with a blank interview schedule. You control your schedule and may add candidates throughout the evening. Your final schedule must be given to Career Services.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
We hope that a company will not cancel, but in the event that a company chooses to withdraw completely from the event, the following refund schedule will apply. Once you have been notified that your registration has been approved, our cancellation policy is in effect. The following cancellation policy applies:
If cancellation occurs on or prior to January 16, 2015, you will recieve a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee.
If cancellation occurs after January 16, 2015, you forfeit your registration fee.
All changes and cancellations must be in writing. All refunds will be processed after the event. No refunds will be issued on or after Janaury 16, 2015, and you remain responsible for paying any outstanding balance. We cannot “roll over” the registration to another event. Outstanding bills from this and previous events must be paid and may prevent participation in future Career Services events.
Organizations that do not check in by 5:30 p.m. on the day of the event will be considered a “no show." The table may be reassigned and the organization will be billed for the event. We cannot “roll over” the registration to another event or refund the fee.
