Open to companies located in San Luis Obipso County or northern Santa Barbara County only.

Event Location: Chumash Auditorium, Building 65
Registration Fee: $175 per table
Recruit students from all majors for career, co-op, and internship positions. Employers must have open positions and be located in San Luis Obispo County or northern Santa Barbara County in order to attend. Job descriptions are required at the time of registration. Students from all majors and all levels (first year through alumni) are invited to attend. List of Majors
The career fair registration fee is $175 per table. Basic registration fee includes:
- One 5-foot round table with linen and registration for three representatives. Additional represenatives will be an additional chage of $30 each with a limit of five representatives per table.
- Event advertising: The career fair will be advertised on campus electronic bulletin boards, in presentations to classes, in Mustang Daily ads and on the Cal Poly home page. All job opportunities submitted to us during the registration process will be advertised to students in MustangJOBS.
- Continental breakfast
- On-campus parking
- Shuttle service
Extra representatives (limit five per table) -$30 each
Extra table (additional tables are approved based on space availability) - $175 each
8:00 - 9:30 a.m.: Check-in, display set-up and breakfast
9:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.: Open forum/networking with students
Career Fair Cancellation and Refund Policy
We hope that a company will not cancel, but in the event that a company chooses to withdraw completely from the career fair, the following refund schedule will apply. Once you have been notified that your registration has been approved, our cancellation policy is in effect. The following cancellation policy applies:
If cancellation occurs on or prior to October 1, 2014, you will recieve a refund less a $50 cancellation fee.
If cancellation occurs after October 1, 2014, you forfeit your registration fee.
All changes and cancellations must be in writing. All refunds will be processed after the career fair. No refunds will be issued on or after October 1, 2014 and you remain responsible for paying any outstanding balance. We cannot “roll over” the registration to another event. Outstanding bills from this and previous events must be paid and may prevent participation in future Career Services events.
Organizations that do not check in by 10 a.m. on the day of the event will be considered a “no show." The table may be reassigned and the organization will be billed for the event. We cannot “roll over” the registration to another event or refund the fee.
