Typical Interview Day
Interviews take place Monday through Friday in the Career Services Office, Building 124. A typical interview day begins by checking in at the Recruiter check-in table in room 113 , beginning at 8:00 a.m. (please do not arrive prior to 8:00 a.m.) where two (2) business cards will be obtained from each recruiter interviewing. You will then be escorted to your interview room. Interviews will not be scheduled after 4:00 p.m. since the building will close at 4:30 p.m. Fifteen-minute breaks are provided morning and afternoon with 1½ hours for lunch. You may request individualized schedules, such as 45-minute interviews, different starting and ending times, etc., and we will do our best to accommodate.
Parking permits are required at all times. 2014 PARKING CHANGE! Sponsored Guest permits are NO longer available in Career Services. The permit code will be offered to companies who interview and conduct networking sessions on campus coordinated by Career Services. *PLEASE NOTE: If you go the Information Booth, you will need to purchase your own parking permit, and park in the recommended parking lot. Public Safety strictly enforces parking regulations on our campus. If a parking ticket is issued and you believe you are not at fault, you will need to discuss this matter directly with Public Safety at (805) 756-2281.
